How do I log on to my account?

After you made your purchase, we sent you an email with your purchase receipt and your login credentials, which include your username and password. Please check your Spam folder if you cannot find this email in your inbox. If you are still unable to locate the email or if you do not know your login information, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Otherwise, please use the appropriate login link provided above.

I only purchased a trial membership or subscription. Why am I still being billed?

Please note that if you do not cancel your trial subscription before the trial period ends, it will automatically convert to a monthly recurring subscription. To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend that you carefully review the terms and conditions of the website from which you purchased the trial subscription to understand the recurring billing process.

I don't recognize some of the charges on my credit card statement.

To protect our customers' privacy, we use discreet billing methods. This means that the product name you signed up for will not appear on your statement. Instead, the name of our billing processing company will be listed. When you enroll in any of our sites, we will send you a welcome email with your membership details, including the name of the billing processing company that accepts your payment. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you have not received this confirmation email, please contact us immediately so that we can provide you with professional advice and assistance, should you have been a victim of fraud.

How does the Trial membership work?

Some of our sites offer a special trial membership at a discounted price, which is available for a limited number of days. Please note that all trial memberships will be automatically upgraded to standard monthly memberships unless they are cancelled before the end of the trial period. Please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” of the website that you joined for further information.

How often will I be charged for my membership?

We offer several membership options, each with its own billing frequency and cancellation policy:

  • Monthly memberships are billed immediately upon sign-up, and then every 30 days thereafter until canceled.
  • Three-month memberships are billed upon sign-up, and then every 90 days thereafter until canceled.
  • Yearly memberships can either be recurring or non-recurring. Recurring yearly memberships are billed upon sign-up, and then every 365 days thereafter until canceled. Non-recurring yearly memberships are only billed upon sign-up and automatically expire after 365 days.
  • Trial memberships are billed upon sign-up and automatically upgrade to standard monthly memberships unless canceled within the trial period. If a trial membership is upgraded, the standard monthly membership billing policy will apply as of the upgrade date.
